Terms of service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms are written in plain English. They are not legal advice, and Recover does not provide legal, tax, accounting or debt-collection advice. Questions? Email hello@aidid.world.

1. The service

Recover by AiDiD helps you find possible lost revenue — such as overdue invoices, stale quotes and missed follow-ups — and prepares follow-up work for you to review. Recover runs inside your AiDiD account.

2. No guaranteed results

Recover shows possible opportunities. We do not promise you will recover any amount of money. Outcomes depend on your customers, your records and the actions you approve. We only show money as “recovered” when there is evidence it was paid, and you confirm it.

3. You stay in control

Nothing is sent, paid or booked on your behalf without your approval, unless you explicitly turn on a delegated action. You are responsible for reviewing messages before you approve them and for making sure they are accurate, polite and lawful where you operate.

4. Your account

5. Your data

You own the business records you add. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to share any customer information you add. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Recover to harass people, send spam, threaten customers, break debt-collection or consumer-protection rules, or upload anything you don’t have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Plans and billing

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Recover running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Recover is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can ask for an export of your data before closing.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users. Continuing to use Recover means you accept the updated terms.
